Charles Adler found his interest through UNH’s hands-on method. After gaining his bachelor’s in nursing and a master’s as a scientific nurse leader, he’s now enrolled in the Family Registered Nurse Specialist (FNP) program, which uses the adaptability he needs.

“I like the scientific setting, whether it’s a doctor’s workplace or a health care or health center setting– that’s where things began to click for me,” Adler claimed.

The real-world experience that specifies UNH’s technique has shaped his whole occupation trajectory. His elderly practicum led directly to a task in an ICU, which opened up doors to experience as a traveling registered nurse, professional nurse leader, and finally to his present function as an FNP.

“I wouldn’t have been able to have the experiences I’ve had if it weren’t for UNH nursing,” Adler reflects.
